Yes — because we price by the finished minute. That covers everything: creative meetings, scripting, voiceover, illustration, animation. But we don’t work from a template or pull things off a shelf. Every project is built from scratch to fit your story. If you’re unsure, just give us a ring — we’re happy to talk it through and help you find the right fit.

Because they hold attention better and attention is everything. People stay with hand-drawn content longer, remember more, and are more likely to share it. That’s not just luck. It’s because each frame is crafted from scratch to guide the eye, land the point, and tell the story with a human touch. No templates. No shortcuts. Just visuals that actually do their job.

Each tier includes a set number of amendment rounds, so as long as we’re sticking to the agreed scope, the price stays fixed. That said, if the goalposts move — new content, changed deadlines, big shifts in direction — we’ll talk it through. We’re flexible, and the odd tweak here and there is fine. But if you want to completely rethink the video when we’re 95% done, then yes, we’ll need a proper grown-up conversation about costs.

Not at all. We’re used to handling multiple languages and reversioning. The animation usually stays the same, we just retime it to suit the voiceover, since some languages take longer to say the same thing. As long as we know upfront, the only added cost is the voice recordings and captions. No need to reinvent the wheel five times.

Our standard lead time is four weeks for a 90-second video. If you’re in a hurry, you can add the Rush requirement — we’ll put our foot down and reshuffle things to make it happen. It does take more resource and a bit of juggling, so it’ll nudge the price up slightly. But if the deadline’s fixed, we’ll do our best to meet it without cutting corners.
